Everything. :) Great location, right next to the sea. The staff is very helpful. The building is lovely. Our studio was huge and cleaned every day. Perfect base for families or couples who wants to have some relax in a nice enviroment.

The beds were little to hard for our taste.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Crete and I couldn't be happier with my experience. First of all, the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and only a short walk to the vibrant center of the city. This allowed me to enjoy the best of both worlds, being close to all the action but also having a peaceful retreat. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were always happy to answer any questions I had about the island and provide helpful recommendations. Additionally, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. My room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a balcony offering a stunning view. The basic amenities were all provided and the air conditioning was a welcome feature. Finally, I must mention the breakfast, which was simple but satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Very disappointed with the New Year's Eve dinner, the food was uninspiring and it seemed like they didn't put much effort into the event. the apartment we stayed in was small and the bathroom was not very clean.

Great location, just a few steps away from the beach and conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a functional kitchenette and a spacious balcony. The staff was very friendly, providing excellent service, giving us helpful tips and promptly addressing our needs. We also appreciated the Christmas decorations, which made us feel at home during our holiday travels.

The apartment only had one key, which was inconvenient for our family. , the Wi-Fi signal was weak and only worked in the public areas of the hotel, not in the apartment.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. My room even had a balcony, which was a lovely touch and provided a nice space to relax. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
